  4. Description:
  5.    This script reformats private and channel messages (sent and received)
  6.    such that they are given a columnar appearance.  All messages are
  7.    formatted to the 11th column in the display.

  9.    This script was used to demonstrate the $[]var notation.  It includes
  10.    the $format() function.
